Natacha Neuburger's journey in real estate began in 1998, when she worked in the competitive market of commercial property, specialising in retail sales and letting. Natacha expanded her network quickly and she was soon working with some of the top national retail brands, helping them expand their portfolios in the Western Cape. After taking time off from the industry to raise her two sons, Natacha returned to real estate in 2010, heading up sales at the V&A Marina, Waterclub and Mouille Point. In a short time, Natacha became the market leader in the Marina, achieving a record sale of R78 million for a penthouse and total sales exceeding 1 Billion Rand.
